Does NOT cover: Scratches/dents on closure or fading/scratches/dents on stones due to daily use. Natural deformations, colour differences in natural stones/ beads.
Warranty will not include Rusting of the Magnets.
Customers will get a free replacement if eligible under the warranty as per policies. You can either ship the old product back to our address or we can help get it picked up from your address for a flat fee of ₹99.
