Why it feels like Pyrite stones colour is fading?
Although I like the stones and rudraksh ensemble, the quality of elastic used can be better. It's too loose and not giving a rich look.
There is not certificate shows that the stones are original or lab tested

The product is of great quality but the customer support is non existent. I ordered the wrong size and wanted to change it. So I requested to be contacted by the customer service. It's been 13 days since I ordered the product and 9 days since it's delivery. Still no contact from them. If this is also the case in product warranty issues, then it's better to not buy from this site.

The pendant is a bit heavy. Also, the micro-engraving does not seem very clear even under a magnifier though the overall feel of the ornament is pleasing - I especially liked the pattern & feel of the chain.
