Apparel products can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. You can replace it with a different size, colour, or another product of the same value (if the price is greater, you will be prompted to pay the difference).
Please get in touch with us with your order number and the product(s) you wish to exchange and we will help you out.
Please note that masks, safety products and accessories cannot be exchanged.
We accept returns for all apparel products for up to 15 days from the date of delivery. Once the request has been accepted we will pick up the product from your preferred location. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
Once we receive the returned products, inspect them and approve the return, you can either opt for a refund or store credit.
If you opt for a refund, a restocking fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the total amount (regardless of the total value or quantity of products). You would receive the final amount on the original source of payment. If you placed a COD order you would have to provide us with details of the desired payment mode. Refunds take upto 48 hours to get processed once initiated.
If you opt for store credit, then the restocking fee would be waived off and you would receive the full value of the returned product(s). This would be valid for upto 1 year from when it was issued.
Please note that masks, safety products and accessories items cannot be returned.
To return a product, get in touch with us with your order number and the product you wish to return.
In the unlikely case of receiving a defective product, please send us an image of the product and your order number to email@example.com. We accept defect exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all products offered by us. If 7 days have passed, do notify us and we will try our best to exchange it.
