Warranty will not include Rusting of the Magnets.
Customers will get a free replacement if eligible under the warranty as per policies. You can either ship the old product back to our address or we can help get it picked up from your address for a flat fee of ₹99.

The product quality is extremely high. The magsnap closure is pretty strong as well as the newly updated steel core. Stones are of great quality as well. My only complaint is they don't make it in small size. It starts with medium for the 11 chakra bracelet which is loose fitting for my wife. I won't be deducting any stars however for that as her and I both loved the product.
